Refund Policy

As all number plates are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Items must not be fitted or used if a fault is being reported.

We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect details entered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or spacing chosen
